- Daniel Fountain - At the Watershed Hotel, Darling Harbour, head chef Daniel Fountain has brought his extensive experience working in Sydney’s top restaurants to create mouth-watering cuisine in a spectacular setting.
Daniel joined the Watershed Hotel in 2002, prior to this he worked at a prestigious catering company in Sydney South. After completing his apprenticeship Daniel started an exciting position with the 4 star ‘Forum’ at The Grace Hotel where he spent 2 happy years experiencing what it was like to work in a busy restaurant kitchen making his way from Commis Chef to Sous Chef.
Daniels experience also includes the role of Chef de Partie and Tournaunt Chef at the 5 star ANA Hotel Sydney. The busy and demanding role encompassed all stock ordering and organization of the 7 kitchens within the hotel. Daniel was with the ANA Hotel for 5 years.
